Responsible to receive, identify and locate material within the stores area. Accountable to arrange for delivery of outgoing goods to customers and to various waorking sites after consultation with the immediate supervisor.
Accountable to record any stock movements on ERP system and prepare the necessary paper work such as Stock Transfer Note, Material Receipt Notes ( MRNs ) to ensure accuracy of stock levels at all times.
Maintain all necessary paper work for materials in stores, i.e., MSDS, Test Batch certificates, etc. and send other required paper work to respective Head Office Personnel.
